? Wells, code name Bubble, is one of the students in Ayla's World Literature: Special Topics - The Epic class. While most of her power set isn't known, it definitely does not include intelligence. Ayla pegs her for California.[1] She's described as a senior in Spanish II class in Spring 2007.[2]
Powers and Abilities[]
Bubble is an EX/MAN who actually *has* the Exemplar package. She can read Ezra Pound's "Cantos" in a couple hours and then quote from it. But that doesn't make her *smart*. It makes her well-prepared to eat many read-memorize-and-regurgitate college courses for breakfast. It doesn't make her ideas better. It doesn't give her an understanding of the concepts underneath the text in the book. Give a complete airhead the Exemplar mental package, and she's still an airhead. She's just an airhead who can scare the pants off a lot of pre-meds. ("Oh my God, SHE got a 100 on the bio midterm? We're DOOMED!")[3]
