The Chessmen are the Chessmaster's private force of cyborgs. They figure in the Halloween invasion of Whateley Academy's campus. The Chessmen's uniform is some kind of checkerboard pattern. Otherwise, they seem to be the least competent cyborgs one can imagine.[1][2][3]
