Colombine (OAI-CPA-0501) is the second prototype Personal Assistant Class AI developed by the United Kingdom's Office of Artificial Intelligence[1]. Her predecessor, OAI-CPA-0401, was sabotaged in-house, requiring significant code reconstructing and vetting by Belvedere and Lady Sally. She is jointly hosted by the AIPA owned by Benjamin X. Keeling of Guardian Resources and Trading and servers belonging to Keluarga Bahagia Entertainment.
"Colombine, or Colombina, is a stock character from theater. She evolved from being a house servant to the lone sane person in a story. She could be a sly trickster. Woman's wiles and all that. Often she'd be the unfaithful love of Pierrot, who played the sad clown."
A prevailing theory is that Benjamin was selected for her partner as a bad example of humanity.

Colombine's taken on the appearance of a mixed-ethnicity Southeast Asian woman with high cheekbones. She varies the length and shade of her purple hair depending on her mood. She favors lavender, but her clothing likewise shifts depending on the impression she wants to make on her sometimes dense partner.[1]
