Dr. Macabre AKA "Monster Maker" made a series of monsters out of local teenagers in the LA area Christmastime 2006.[1]
Names[]
Most of the "monsters" adopted "appropriate-sounding" aliases, sometimes taken from popular culture. For instance, the witches adopted the names of the the antagonist trio from Winx Club.
The Monsters[]
The Three Witches[]
Cobb's witches are created when young women are implanted with a Raven spirit. The spirit gives it's host access to a well of essence allowing them to cast spells. However for all their power the 'Trix' are untrained in the proper use of their powers. Other then this lack of training they show no mythical weaknesses.
- Icy aka "Samantha" (possibly her real name)
- Darcy aka "Serena" (real name IS actually Darcy)
- Stormy aka Gwen (real name; she also went by "Artie")[2]
The Vampires[]
The vampires are created when a lesser serpent of wisdom and deceit enter a host. Cobb's vampires show above human strength, speed, and resilience, but the trade off is the need to drink blood, an allergy to bright light, and a compulsion to count scattered grains.
It should be noted that while Cobb doesn't show signs of being a vampire, he possesses a greater Serpent of Wisdom and Deceit.

Werebeasts[]
Created when either a wolf or feline spirit enters one of Cobb's victims, the newly formed were finds their senses heightened, as well as their physical abilities. the trade off is the look like Classic Hollywood monsters.

The Ghouls[]
Those who receive a mass of maggot spirits from Macabre's machine perhaps have it the worst of the monster minions; as once they are possessed they crave human flesh, and it is implied Cobb makes them hunt for their food. For their longing for long pork, the ghouls are just as tough and resilient as the vampires.

Nothing is known about these types of monster minions save Cobb phased them out at some point prior to his move to the west coast.
