Nancy Coolidge, code name Flicker, is one of Tansy Walcutt's minions. She's extremely nasty in her own right and has been subtly manipulating Tansy. When Tansy gets kicked out of the Alphas, she hooks up with Aries. She sees herself as the puppet master.[1]
