Galilee Bayside Surf and Rescue is headquartered in Galilee, Rhode Island.[1]
Publicly known as one of the largest surf and dive shops in the state, it also serves as a cover for rescue operations. Some of the team is publicly out, as they do have to deal with the police, Coast Guard, Navy and the like from time to time.[2]
They've been asked by Dr. Otto, of Arkham Research Consortium, to look into the possibility that a chain of fertility clinics is deliberately using genetic manipulation to create more mutants similar to Merry.
