Icer (Matt Holloway) is a member of the Alpha hit squad, working with Hamper and Damper; well, he was, now he's part of the The Don's faction-in-exile.[1][2] He's got ice powers, and seems able to manifest large amounts of ice. His father owns Holloway Chemical.[3]
