Jack of no codename was the first super-powered person that Mimeo copied the powers of. An energizer with a red shield, red blasts and flight.[1]
He didn't know how to fight Mimeo after his powers were copied.[1]
He worked for the Gambino crime family some time in the 1960s until Mimeo made it seem like he betrayed them for the Luccheses, when he fled New York for somewhere else. Likely California.[1]

- The guy was wearing an outfit kind of like he thought he was Champion or something. Tight fabric all over him, a big cape that came down past his ass, and a stupid-looking mask over his face from the nose up.[1]
- Jack really didn’t have the build to be flying around in a superhero suit. The guy needed to be working out a lot more.[1]
