Kelly is a Poe-girl in Jade's Basic Martial Arts class, who is a friend of Julie; a good enough friend to tell her what Jade looks like in the Phys Ed showers.[1] She hasn't seen Jade in the showers at Poe, so she lives upstairs and thus isn't a freshman.
