The Living Vacuum, a supervillain. The Green Witch took their suction gun and kept it in her secure vault. The gun was destroyed by a frapping Mincing Missile from the Human Blender's eponymous appliance in a fight between the Green Witch and her companions against the Ruby Rat.[1]
