Miranda Nichole Mahren is the ten year old sister of Eldritch, previously known as Erik Mahren (now Caitlin Bardue).[1]
When she manifested, her father turned her over to Alaska Child Protective Services, unbeknownst to her mother, along with the information that her deceased brother had left funds for her to attend a private school. ACPS delivered her to Whateley on August 27, 2007. She is still ten-years-old as of October 21 2007.[2]
She is an Esper, on a power curve estimated to place her on par with or better than Fubar at maturity.[1]

On Monday, October 29, 2007, she and Ember are being intimidated by Unstoppable trying to get their cookies. Aegis tries to rescue them, but gets attacked by Unstoppable instead. Aegis is the one rescued by Ember setting Unstoppable's clothes on fire and Miranda tosses him away.[4]
