Roger Barrington, code name Rascal, is one of the group of four Sidhe-type mutants at Whateley. He accepts Fey as the daughter of the burning oak and his queen and claims to be ready to give his life for her, but would prefer to just keep her entertained. He calls himself court jester.[1]
Appearance
He is tall, has long auburn hair and eyes the color of mahogany.
