The Richter family lives on an estate in Washington. They went into the Witness Protection program about 9 years prior to the story, to keep Johann Richter's ex-wife (Wulfin the Purifier) from finding out that she had daughters with GSD.

Johann Richter is a top bio-devisor, and was originally the right hand of Wulfin the Purifier. He was a former Nazi agent in WW II. His surname was originally Jager before changing it for Witness Protection.
Evadne[]

Evadne Richter is Johann's second (?) wife and the step-mother of the two children.
Janine[]

Janine is one of the twin daughters of Johann Richter and Wulfin the Purifier. Her name was Greta Jager before changing it for Witness Protection.
Adrienne[]

Adrienne is one of the twin daughters of Johann Richter and Wulfin the Purifier. She died before the end of the 2006-2007 school year.
