Spearhead is one of the Freelancers of Pittsburgh, PA. Her real name is "Olivia Bello", and is a Triangle member.[1]

She has some powers to either retrieve her spear, or that come from the spear, and allow it to hit with more force than should be possible for a baseline.
- Spearhead’s spear vanished and suddenly reappeared in her hand. It glowed with a golden light for several seconds before she threw it again. This time, I saw that it flew with a lot more force than what a normal human would be able to throw a spear, though I didn’t know if that was because of the spear’s power…or because she was just that strong.[1]
