Theresa (no last name known, no code name known) is the younger of the Stratosphere Siblings. She's the one that rides herd on the other two, Thomas and Nathan keeping them from killing themselves with insufficiently tested inventions.
She has an ESP talent for troubleshooting and modification, such that she can look at inventions and tell if they work, and if they are safe for their purpose, and presumably something about how to fix problems with them. Her examination skills appear to be on a par with Mr. Mahren's. She is a member of the Class of 2010.[1]
